2024 Orange Rose Foundation Annual Bocce Tournament for The Ersilia Cup a Great Success!
The event benefits organizations supporting victims of domestic violence and providing education.
METHUEN, MA - On Saturday, June 1, 19 teams turned out at the Sons of Italy in Methuen, Mass., to participate in the Orange Rose Foundation Bocce Tournament for the Ersilia Cup. The tournament raised several thousand dollars to benefit programs assisting victims of domestic violence and providing education.
This year’s winners were Team Burley, led by the talented John Burley. Coming in second place was Team Mama Luke, led by John Bonanno. Special thanks to members of Team Burley and Team Mama Luke for donating back the winning prize to the Orange Rose Foundation.

Orange Rose Foundation Vice President Anthony Cataldo gets his 6-star Marathon medal!
Congratulations to our Vice President Anthony Cataldo on completing the London Marathon! We are all so proud of you!

"Completing the London Marathon got me to claim the 6-star medal. This was a goal I had set for myself in memory of my sister and to raise money for those in need. It always has been and always will be All for Ersilia.
To my wife and kids, I couldn’t have done this without your love and support from day 1. Thank you to my whole family for being in my corner cheering me on!

The Orange Rose Foundation participated in the 2024 Melrose Run for Women!
This was a beautiful event to celebrate all the brave women and mothers on Mother's Day! We are very proud to support the Melrose Alliance Against Violence.
Portal To Hope
On November 17th, 2023, the Orange Rose Foundation was proud to present a check to Portal to Hope, in support of their hard work done towards helping victims of and raising awareness of domestic violence. These funds are a direct result of the funds raised during the 5th annual “Walk for Ersilia” held on October, 7th in Everett.
The Orange Rose Foundation is a 501(c) 3 charity founded by the family and friends of a victim of domestic violence. Ersilia Cataldo was an active member of the Everett community volunteering her time to help others. The work done by Portal to Hope provides a variety of programs and services that help survivors heal and recover from situations of domestic abuse. The Orange Rose Foundation will continue to work hard to raise funds to support programs that do as much good as Portal to Hope.

We would also like to thank all those involved in preparations for this event, our sponsors, and especially all of you for making a difference! The walk was started to continue Ersilia’s volunteerism and her giving back to the community. The funds raised throughout the years have been donated to several organizations fighting the Domestic Violence epidemic. Ersilia loved when everyone was all together, She always had a smile on her face, she loved helping people, she loved making a difference and she loved all of you. In her memory, we can make a difference!

On Thursday November 30th, members of the Orange Rose Foundation were invited to the Portal to Hope 2023 Tribute Night and received a plaque for our commitment to PTH.
We are proud to support this amazing organization & will continue to assist similar organizations like Portal to Hope that provide a variety of programs and services that help survivors heal and recover from situations of domestic abuse.
